The Auscript Draft Agreement has been finalised by management and will soon be subject to a ballot of Staff. The offer is for a three year agreement. The ASU sought to negotiate the best outcome possible but now it is time for you to decide.

 

All staff covered by the Agreement will have the opportunity to vote once either "Yes" or "No" on whether the enterprise agreement is acceptable.

The ASU has been negotiating with Toll Dnata management for a new Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) since mid 2009.

We are now at the stage where the ASU reps and officials can recommend an Agreement to members.

As most of you would be aware the current Publicis Loyalty Partnership Agreement (or EBA) is due to expire on June 30, 2010.

Now is the time to meet with all staff for gain input from you as to what conditions you would like to see changed in the current EBA, or conditions currently not in the EBA you would like to see added.

The ASU invites all staff to attend a lunch time Services Day.
 
The details are as follows:
Friday the 12th of December.
 

Between 11.30am and 2.30pm
Outside in the court yard near the food
court.
