Welcome to the web site of the Australian Services Union, representing clerical, administrative, customer service, call centre and community sector workers in Victoria.

We represent workers across a diverse number of industries including airline, legal, freight, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, transport, gaming/wagering and not-for-profit.  We also cover small and single-member workplaces.

Employed in either the private or community sectors, our members may be working full-time, part-time or in temporary positions.
