Call Centre Campaign

The ASU has launched a new campaign to improve Australia's call centres for those working in the industry. The call centre industry is a major employer in Australia and an integral part of our nation's economy. The ASU wants to make sure all call centre workers enjoy the same, high level working conditions and that all workers are being valued and paid fairly.

Zero Air Rage

The ASU runs a national “Zero Air Rage” campaign in support of its members working in the airlines industry.
The issue of air rage is critical to the safety of customer service and check-in staff working in Australian airports.
Staff are the subject of frequent abuse from passengers, with rage incidents often escalating to violent attacks on workers.
Workers at our airports deserve a safe workplace like any other Australian worker.
