The ASU has been negotiating with Toll Dnata management for a new Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) since mid 2009.

As staff would be aware the old system of staff nominating their Rostered Days off was changed in light of “significant challenges” Serco expected to face through till the end of the 2008.
