Jetstar staff endorse EBA4 offer!

It’s been a long road for Jetstar staff, but the wait for fairer pay and conditions may soon be over.
On 15 November the National Negotiating Team met with Jetstar management and were pleased to learn that the company significantly improved its offer from previous meetings. Organisers and delegates then met with members to discuss the revised offer, and ASU members have overwhelmingly endorsed the EBA offer at members meetings.
The EBA will now go out to a vote of all staff, who will vote online in the coming weeks. If more than 50% of staff support the EBA, Jetstar will take the agreement to Fair Work Australia to have it formally approved.
The improvements to pay and conditions won in this latest agreement are a direct result of the hard work of delegates and members, and their commitment to working together as a team.
