Union members at Qantas Engineering would be aware that your unions have recently completed a collective agreement with John Holland Aviation Services covering the old Ansett Aviation Engineering Services (AAES).  The agreement negotiated by your unions is a "greenfields" agreement that will effectively commence when John Holland Aviation Services formally purchases AAES.
