Members and delegates contacted the union recently regarding concerns abot overtime.  Requests for overtime were being sent out to staff, but full time staff working in customer service were being refused overtime when they volunteered to do it.
After doing a straw poll of staff regarding the process of saying "Are you satisfied?" the results were overwhelming.  Listed below is a sample of those results.
