ASU survey LINK Q staff
The ASU has surveyed staff at LINK Q and the following are some of the significant results:
Only 45% understood and could find their entitlements.
92% wanted existing entitlements included in the next agreement.
Only 5% were satisfied with redundancy entitlements.
86% believed LINK Q should keep up with other call centres.
94% believed their wages should keep up with average weekly earnings.
98% want pay rises to keep up with inflation.
72% would like access to unpaid leave.
