In preparation for fresh enterprise bargaining this year between the ASU and TABCOPRP the ASU met with TABCORP on Monday the 26th of October to discuss the technical matters associated with the EBA.

The ASU and your Delegates met with Management on the 26th of March to raise many issues that staff raised at our earlier meeting. The issues discussed and their outcomes on the matters below are outlined in this bulletin.

As you will all no doubt be aware the Howard Government has made many changes to the workplace relations Act. These changes have the potential to impact on your working life with TABCORP. Given your EBA is due to be re-negotiated in July next year, it is vital that you are aware of exactly what thesechanges are and the effect they will have on you, in the next round of EBA negotiation.
