As many of you would now be aware the Australian Services Union (ASU) met with World Vision (WV) management on Monday along with committee rep Merv Roach to discuss concerns raised by staff regarding the proposed KPIs. The ASU initiated this meeting at the request of many of our members who had various concerns about the new system.

The Queensland Services Union has been successful in a case to remedy the vast disparity between government workers and their counterparts employed in non government organizations – who often perform the same or similar work for less pay.
The Queensland Services Union has been successful in a case to remedy the vast disparity between government workers and their counterparts employed in non government organizations – who often perform the same or similar work for less pay.
These increases average around 18% for and up to 37% over a three year period. This will bring our members into comparability with their government employed colleagues.
