The ASU recently conducted a National Survey of all Call Centre workers. The aim of the survey is to gather information on what it is like to work in a Call Centre, across a variety of workplaces and industries, so that we can better understand what your working life is like and what issues workers face today.

After many years serving as your Union Delegate Barry Leahy has decided to retire from his position as Delegate. Barry has been a fantastic Delegate and a terrific representative for all staff in the RAC – ensuring your issues have been raised and dealt with.
